Raising the next
generation of Spirit‑led
leaders.

Twelve teams. One form. Tell us where the call on your life is pointing — worship, intercession, deliverance, the prophetic, missions, systems, oversight — and we will put you next to the people already carrying it.

How it goes

Three movements, in this order.

01

Discover your call

You are not told who you are — you discover it. We start by naming the gift already moving in you, not by handing you a vacancy to fill.

02

Develop your gift

Training, mentorship, and hands-on activations with people who have carried the same assignment longer than you have. Correction included.

03

Impact the world

Then you are sent — to a team, a platform, a plant, a field. The point was never the classroom.

The twelve

Every one of these is a real assignment, not a slot.

Grouped four ways. Most people find themselves in two or three of them — say so on the form.

I

Sound & Song

02
  • Musician

Play midweek rehearsals and Sunday sets — keys, strings, drums, brass.

  • Worship leader

Carry a set from soundcheck to altar call and hold a room in one direction.

II

Prayer & Freedom

03
  • Intercessory team

Pray ahead of services, cover leaders, and take standing watch assignments.

  • Deliverance team

Sit with people through freedom sessions and follow up in the weeks after.

  • Prophetic team

Serve activation nights, ministry lines, and dream interpretation.

III

Reach

03
  • Social media

Cut clips, write captions, and keep the feed alive between Sundays.

  • Missions

Go with short-term teams, translate resources, support field partners.

  • Church planter

Train toward a sending, then the first eighteen months on the ground.

IV

Build & Oversee

04
  • Administration

Hold the calendar, the records, and the details everything else rests on.

  • Helps

Set up, tear down, greet, usher, park, feed people. The work everyone leans on.

  • Systems developer

Build and keep the sites, portals, databases, and automations running.

  • Elder

Shepherd, counsel, and carry pastoral weight alongside leadership.

Faith is released from the mouth. Say where you are called, and then go stand there.
