How it goes
You are not told who you are — you discover it. We start by naming the gift already moving in you, not by handing you a vacancy to fill.
Training, mentorship, and hands-on activations with people who have carried the same assignment longer than you have. Correction included.
Then you are sent — to a team, a platform, a plant, a field. The point was never the classroom.
The twelve
Grouped four ways. Most people find themselves in two or three of them — say so on the form.
Play midweek rehearsals and Sunday sets — keys, strings, drums, brass.
Carry a set from soundcheck to altar call and hold a room in one direction.
Pray ahead of services, cover leaders, and take standing watch assignments.
Sit with people through freedom sessions and follow up in the weeks after.
Serve activation nights, ministry lines, and dream interpretation.
Cut clips, write captions, and keep the feed alive between Sundays.
Go with short-term teams, translate resources, support field partners.
Train toward a sending, then the first eighteen months on the ground.
Hold the calendar, the records, and the details everything else rests on.

Build and keep the sites, portals, databases, and automations running.
Shepherd, counsel, and carry pastoral weight alongside leadership.
